[Classes 20 (iv) and 87 (i).] The building-blocks A which according to the parent Specification are formed at one end with an offset projection B having on the inner face a bituminous coating E, are provided also, by the present invention, with a bituminous coating E<1> on the upper face of the projection so that a continuous zig-zag damp-proof course extends between the inner and outer walls.
