[Class 103 (i).] A vehicle brake is applied automatically when the driver's seat is unoccupied. As shown, a brake shoe 8 is arranged to be applied to a drum 9 on the vehicle wheel by a spring 6, but is disengaged by movement of the seat 1 about a pivot 10 acting on the shoe through connections 3, when the seat is occupied.
