406,094. Supporting tubes. KEITH & BLACKMAN CO., Ltd., J., and KEITH, G., 27, Farringdon Avenue, London. Nov. 12, 1932, No. 32027. [Class 99 (ii).] A device for supporting the flexible gas-supply tube of a gas-heated laundry iron comprises a clamp 1 for securing to the edge of a table. An inverted U-shaped spring 4 which passes through the supply tube 5 is carried within the tubular portion 3 of the clamp, which terminates in the couplings 7. In a modification a twopart clamp grips the flexible tube through which the spring passes. The other end of the tube is connected to the iron by means of a coupling such as is described in Specification 383,055.
