Abstract

405,538. Loud-speakers. ROLA CO., Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. June 29, 1933, No. 18527. Convention date, Jan. 13. [Class 40 (iv).] A two part centring spider 20, Figs. 1 and 2, for a moving coil loud-speaker, preferably formed of a phenolic condensation product, is provided with tabs 25 at the marginal edges adapted to project through spaced slots in the diaphragm 10 and to be cemented to the back of the diaphragm at 32. Figs. 5 and 6 show alternative forms of spider.
