Abstract

400,417. Dispensing liquids. COUNTY CHEMICAL CO., Ltd. and HILL, W., Bradford Street, Birmingham. Oct. 29, 1932, No. 30350. [Class 102 (i).] In a fluid delivery pump for use with a bottle &c. the pump barrel at its upper extremity is mounted within an aperture in an internally threaded closure cap engageable with the mouth of the bottle &c. and the delivery conduit conducting from the lower part of the pump is taken alongside the barrel and conducted through a lateral or other aperture in the cap and finally directed downwardly for delivery purposes. As shown, the barrel is provided with an air vent a<2>, a non-return valve a<1>, and a return spring d. The cap c may be of metal or the material registered under the Trade Mark " Bakelite."
