399,979. Bolts and nuts. DARDELET THREADLOCK CORPORATION, 120, Broadway, New York, U.S.A.- (Assignees of Stites, J. D. ; 947, Fernwood Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey, U.S.A.) Sept. 29, 1932, No. 27075. Convention date, Jan. 28. [Class 89 (i).] Bolts with corrugated or ribbed shanks provided with screwed ends having self-locking threads, in particular the thread described in Specification 242,299. The shank of the bolt has ribs or corrugations 7 adapted to bite into the metal of the walls of openings in the pieces p, which are to be joined. The screw thread 5 is of the self-locking type and cooperates with a nut having a corresponding thread. This nut has a recessed base 9, a feature which is claimed in Specification 400,105.
