The fingers 1 are mounted on guide bars 2 which can slide vertically in a frame 3 and are raised and lowered by the inclined part 10 of a cam bar 9. The upper ends of the frame are connected to the bar 9 by cords 7, 12, and the lower part of the frame is connected by a chain 15 to a link 16 which is pivotally connected at 17 to a short chain 18.
