Abstract
397,014. Punching. SCHULER AKT.- GES., L., G÷ppingen, Wurtemberg, Germany. Jan. 11, 1933, No. 932. Convention date, Jan. 11, 1932. [Class 83 (iv).] In a machine for punching holes in a disc B for rotor parts of electro-motors &c., the disc is positioned beneath a punching-head by a dividing-shaft 8. A clamp 3 is connected to a rod 10 by a'sliding lock 21. A supporting table 1 carries insets 2 with tongues 21. To position the disc B the rod 10 is raised by a spring 13 and the clamp 3 detached by a sliding movement. The disc is positioned and the clamp replaced and the table 1, connected to the dividing shaft by a cone 7, is circumferentially adjusted. Pressure is then applied to the top of a piston 11. The clamp descends to force the disc on to the tongues and the table on to the cone. The dividing shaft then rotates the disc.
