Abstract
393,231. Closures for bottles. TARTAGLIA, C. B., 82, Marquez del Duero Street, Barcelona, Spain. Feb. 6, 1933, No. 3555. [Class 125 (iii).] A bottle closure comprises a sheetmetal cap having a central depression 2 between the wall of which and the outer cylindrical part of the cap is disposed an elastic ring 3 and between the under surface of the top of the cap and the ring is disposed a thin liner 4 of material not affecting the liquid in the bottle, the said sheet covering the whole of the bottom face of the cap. As shown the liner, which may be of tin, celluloid, &c. extends around the outer face of the ring and a little way along the under face.
