Abstract
388,839. Feeding-bottles. McOMISH, D. J., 13, Kanowna Street, Hampton, near Melbourne, Australia. Sept. 28, 1931, No. 26967. Convention date, July 22. [Class 125 (i).] The teat 11 of a feeding-bottle and a dished member 13, provided with an orifice 14, are secured to the neck of a feeding-bottle by a screw cap 8 having an integral guard 10. The members 11, 13 are placed in abutting relation and their respective flanges 12, 15, are pressed by the cap upon the neck 6. The member 13 may be replaced by a disc with an aperture, and a series having apertures of different sizes may be provided so that the rate of supply of the contents may be regulated. The other end of the bottle may be formed with a screwed neck, on which a valve 19 is secured by a screw cap 8, or an orifice may be formed in the bottle near the teat. The screw attachments may be replaced by bayonet joints. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 220,075, [Class 125 (i), Bottles &c.]
