[Classes 65 (ii) and 89 (i).] A bolt for a hinged or fixed joint is provided with a head a having an annular projection which fits into two semicircular grooves in plates c, d, which meet in a butt joint on the centre line of the bolt. A washer b has a similar annular projection. A number of annular projections on the bolt or washer may be arranged concentrically.
