[Class 108 (i).] In a motor vehicle having a chassis and a body extending beyond the front and rear wheels the body is built up on the chassis frame and comprises uprights 23 covered with metal or other material 27. The upper flanges of the frame members 3 .. 6 may be slotted to form apertures for the uprights 23, the latter being secured by bolts 24 to the members and by bolts 25 passing through turned-up portions 26 of the upper flanges. The body is preferably built of sheet metal on a wooden frame, but may be all wood or all metal.
