[Class 29.] Vacuum machines.-The exhauster 2 and its driving motor 3 are enclosed in one main casing 1 with the condenser 4 and evaporator 5, and all the auxiliary apparatus, for example the float regulating valve 9, refrigerant circulating pump 13, air discharge pump 14, and auxiliary motor 7 are disposed in a separate casing 6, thereby reducing the number of packed joints and leakage. The air discharge means may include a cooler 16 and mercury seal 18 as described in Specification 361,816.
