[Class 38 (ii).] To facilitate connecting flattened wound condensers in parallel,. portions of both electrodes 5, 6 are exposed near the edges on each flat side as by perforating or cutting away the dielectric covering as at 9, 10. On superposition as shown and clamping together the exposed parts are forced into contact. Strips of copper foil may be introduced between the exposed parts and wound sinuously between the elements of the stack.
