Abstract

372,192. Pocketknives. ALTENBACH, O., Schwanenwerk, Schwanenstrasse, Ohligs Solingen, Germany. Aug. 14, 1931, No 22978. Addition to 286,581, [Class 30, Cutlery]. [Class 30.] The knife described in the parent Specification is provided with an improved form of cover for the tool member 8. Two side plates 9 are secured to a pin 10 and handle 11. When the latter is turned the plates move over to the inside of the knife and expose the tool. In a modified construction the movement is a sliding one, the pin moving along slots in the sides of the knife.
