359,626. Leader gear for assisting navigation. COOCH, H., Royal Aircraft Establishment, South Farnborough, Hampshire. Aug. 26, 1930, No. 25449. Drawing to Specification. [Class 40 (v).] The Indicating means on aircraft &c., operated by a leader cable or the like, is combined with means for indicating banking, both the means being arranged and calibrated so that when the craft is on its correct course their pointers are adjacent or bear a readily comparable relationship. The " banking " indicator may be in the form of a " rate-of-turn " indicator as the former is proportional to the latter, and in a preferred embodiment the scales arc adjacent and between the axes of rotation of the pointers. Specification 198,090, [Class 40 (v), Wireless signalling &c.], is referred to.
