Abstract
354,566. Coloured glass. DEUTSCHE GASGLœHLICHT AUER-GES., 16, Rotherstrasse, Berlin. Aug. 26, 1930, No. 25421. Convention date, Sept. 12, 1929. [Class 56.] Glass coloured by means of oxides of the rare earths, particularly neodymium or praseodymium or mixtures thereof, is given a reddish tinge, with due observance of polychromy, by the addition of small quantities of known red colloid colouring means, viz. gold, cuprous oxide, or selenium. The rare-earth oxides may be introduced as such or as salts.
