351,300. Barrel tilters. SELBY, L., 36, Nassau Place, Chapeltown Road, and PRINCE, A., 25, Richmond Street, both in Leeds. Aug. 9, 1930, Nos. 23874/30 and 11855/31. [Class 21.] A barrel tilter of the kind comprising a portable gantry consisting of two parallel beams 9, carried on legs 11 and having barrel-holding members 3 on springs 2 through which pass rods 5 having stops 6 to limit the upward movement of the barrel is provided with rods 7 coacting with stops 8 for limiting the compression of the springs. V-notches 14 are formed to take the stationary ends of the barrels and the legs may be fitted with runners to facilitate positioning of the gantry.
