Abstract

351,286. Teapots &c. TURNER, C. H., 10, Mitcham Road, East Ham, London. July 23, 1930, No. 22230. [Class 66.] A pouring attachment for teapots &c. consists of a tubular member 1, Fig. 1, of indiarubber &c. having one end adapted to fit over the spout and the other provided with a collar or flange 3 affording an inclined annular channel 4 for the reception of drips, which return to the vessel through a slot or aperture 6 formed in the end of the tubular member. In the modified construction shown in Fig. 2 the channel is provided by a metal or other tube inserted into the flared end of the tubular member 1.
