347,886. Edible containers for ice cream. FACCHINO, A., Old Bromford Lane, Ward End, Birmingham. May 3, 1930, No. 13646. [Class 28 (i).] The interior of a biscuit cup or :receptacle a for ice cream is coated with an edible and palatable substance, e.g. chocolate. The coating is dried prior to the introduction of the ice cream so that the biscuit will be substantially impervious to the cream. The exterior of the cup and a lid, if provided, may be similarly coated. As shown, the mouth of the receptacle is provided with a vertical rim a<2> and a seating a<3> to receive a waferbiscuit lid e, both the receptacle and the lid having inner and outer coatings.
