[Class 49] A wafer biscuit container for ice-cream or similar confection comprises a body 1 having a circular mouth bounded by a rim having a marginal portion 2a from which a number of members 3b project inwardly to form pockets or recesses 3. The bottom of the pockets may slope downwardly into the container to assist in the draining of any liquid collecting in the pockets. The taper of the container may be uniforin or an upper cup-like portion 1a may be provided such cup-like portion having inwardlydirected ribs 5. One or more shelves may be provided in the interior of the cone. Specification 492,835 is referred to.
