[Class 28 (i).] An edible container for food substances such as ice-cream, custard, or jelly comprises a double walled vessel 1, 2 of any convenient shape, e.g. conical, pyramidal or cup-shaped, made of biscuit or like pastry and having a filling 3 of a sweetmeat or confection, e.g. marshmallow or nougat, contained in the space between the walls the upper end of which is sealed by a cover 4 of chocolate or the like.
