[Class 28 (i)] [See also Group V] A sweetmeat comprises an outer cylindrical covering 10 of tinfoil, grease-proof paper, or like tearable non-edible material having its end 12 twisted together and an inner coating 11 of chocolate &c. The sweetmeat may be filled with a confection such as ice-cream or marsh-mallow and the covering 10 may project beyond the top of the chocolate so that it can be folded over after filling.
