[Class 108 (ii).] The body of a vehicle is mounted on the frame by several universal joints in which linings or insertions g, h, of rubber or like elastic material are provided, between the pivot pins e, f, and the bearings for the pins. The pins e, f are carried respectively by brackets k secured to the body and brackets m, n, secured to the frame b. The rubber linings are preferably considerably deformed when inserted in position.
