[Class 103 (i).] The linkwork transmission system for moving a lever B from a lever A at continuously varying velocity, as described in the parent Specification, is modified in that the links V, M and the lever N are no longer pivoted together at a single point. In one type of eonstruction, one of the said members, for example the link V, Fig. 1, is pivoted to a point, such as S<1>, in the length of one of the other members, such as M. In another type, an additional part D, Fig. 6, is employed and the members are pivoted thereto at three points, two of which, however, may coincide. The part D may be straight, curved, or polygonal and may be deformable.
