[Classes 75 (ii) and 75 (iv).] Reflectors ; mounting reflectors an lamp casings.-In a system of lighting and light projection apparatus, light from a luminous source and an associated reflector is projected as a beam of indirect light in a given direction by a reflector or reflectors, the source of light and its associated reflector being situated at the base of the lamp casing so as not to be directly visible. The lamp l and reflector r can be fixed or, as shown, mounted on an axis and clamped at adjusted inclination. The reflectors h, of glass or metal, are formed with a number of cylindrical concavities. If the reflectors are of glass, they are attached to plates p of metal by claws g, screws, or otherwise, the plates being attached to the mounting m by screws, and adjusted to form a parallel beam of rays. The strips may also have a general concave profile in addition to the elementary concavities. A single reflector, smooth or of suitable shape, or concave strips having no elementary concavities may be used. The strips may also be arranged parallel to the mounting, or otherwise.
