[Class 75 (iv).] A flashlight signal is obtained by an electric motor 3 rotating a casing 6 fitted with lenses 5 around a fixed adjustable electric lamp bulb 4, while an intermittent luminous signal corresponding to the Morse code is obtained by a cam 19 actuating a known type of contact-breaker 18 in the circuit of a fixed bulb 13. Red and green screens 20, 21 are provided. Neon tubes may be used for the lamps. The bulb 4 may be adjusted vertically by means of a supporting rod 23, Fig. 5, engaged by a sleeve 24 which is movable longitudinally but not rotatable and is screwed externally to engage a screwed tappet sleeve 25 which is rotatable but not movable longitudinally. The rod 23 can be set roughly at first by means of a set screw 26.
