337,797. Leitner, H. July 8, 1929. Hypodermic injections. - Remedies for the prevention or treatment of cancer are obtained by extracting gall bladders of animals with alcohol, ether or other solvent, and evaporating the extract to dryness. The product is preferably dissolved in an aqueous solution of the chloride or other compound of potassium and is used for injection into the affected organ. The gall bladders are preferably obtained from animals known to be immune from cancer such as hares, and are freed from the contained gall before the extract is made.
