Portable endless-belt elevators; feeding-devices; adjustably supporting; driving-gear; casings.-In a portable endless belt elevator the belt A is carried by a longitudinal frame structure B of girder character comprising inverted troughing which acts also as a shelter for the lower run of the belt as described in Specification 299,218. The frame B is secured to a strut frame 10 which extends upwards from a platform 9 supporting the driving-motor C. Ties 11 connect the upper ends of the frames B, 10. Adjustment for height and support are provided by the engagement of screws 12 mounted on the frame 10 with nuts on the axle D of the wheels E. Material is directed to the central portion of the top run of the belt by a hopper F with sloping sides. The belt passes over rollers 4, 6 on either side of the motor-driven roller 5. The delivery end of the frame B may be movable angularly with respect to the receiving end.
