Ventilation apparatus.-Apparatus for circulating the air in a room comprises a vertical tube A carrying an electric or other fan Q, the tube being open at both ends and extending to within a relatively short distance from the ceiling E, F ar.d floor G, H. The tube is carried by stands K, O secured to the floor, and the air drawn through the tube by the fan is spread in all directions either by the. floor or the ceiling, depending upon the direction of rotation of the fan.
