Dress-suspender grips.-The loops of a stocking suspender are held together by a member 8 which is clamped to the loop 5 by lateral lugs 9 and to the loop 1 either by the bent over end 11 or by lateral lugs. The button tab which is attached after the device is assembled is clamped between the overlapping ends of the member 8. The member 8 may embrace the loops tightly or may allow some pivotal motion and a cup shaped depression may be made on one or both sides of the member to provide space for the motion of the loop ends 3.
