Automatic exchange apparatus. - A relay B is arranged to shortcircuit its own winding on operation and thus to connect pulsating current to a circuit connected to one of its terminals, to which an inductance coil A is also connected to increase the voltage fluctuations in the winding of the relay. To quench sparking a condenser Q and resistance R are provided. A copper slug may be fitted to the relay to lower the frequency of the current supplied.
