Wheel scrapers. - Scraper bars for lawn and like rollers consist of a strip or strips c of wood or metal provided in the centre with a stud h which passes underneath the frame cross-bar b so as to hold the strip in contact with the roller. The ends of the bar may be bent round or may be provided with angle bolts e to engage the side frames a, the bolts being adjustable to different positions to suit rollers of different widths. The strip may be in two overlapping lengths connected by the contact stud, which may be fitted with a weight to increase the pressure on the roller.
