Roller-way conveyers. - In screens of the kind comprising a number of rollers 5, Fig. 1, rotating in the same direction for the convevance of the material under treatment and provided with oppositely disposed grooves 6 forming screening openings, the rollers are made of rubber or similar resilient and wear-resisting material, either as an integral whole or in sections, as shown in Fig. 4, forced over the shaft 7 and keyed thereto. Preferably the rollers are driven so as to have increasing speed towards the discharge end of the screen.
