Abstract
288,139. Schilde Maschinenbau-Akt.-Ges., B. March 31, 1927, [Convention date]. Endless-band conveyers, articles carried by; endless band, roller way, and step-by-step conveyers.-Cardboard &c. is' conveyed through a drying-chamber so that its points of support are changed laterally continuously and preferably progressively decreased to avoid the formation of blemishes in the surfaces of the material. The cardboard may be conveyed upon endless bands 5, Fig. 1<b>, mounted upon pulleys 4 arranged in laterally staggered planes. In a modification the pulleys are replaced by rollers. Fig. 2b shows on arrangement in which the cardboard is conveyed upon rotary discs 4a. In a further arrangement, the cardboard is supported upon wires 7, Fig. 3a, carried by transverse bars 6 and is conveyed by rotary spiral arms 8 disposed between the bars. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a modification, Fig. 4 (Cancelled), in which the cardboard is supported and conveyed by wines 12<a>, 12<b> carried by vertically and horizontally reciprocating frames 11<a>, 11<b>. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
