Fuel reservoirs.-In a lamp of the type in which the fuel level is above the burner level, the fuel container 1 is fitted with a filling tube 3 and a locking tube 2 of U-shape, the upper end of which is brought through the container and covered by a splash guard 7. When filling the burner is temporarily replaced by a cap or plug 4. As the fuel is consumed its place is taken by air which enters through the burner chamber 6 and opening 5.
