Watches, securing to wrist.- A watch or like wristlet 1 of tubular form, e.g. formed by uniting two plies of material at the edges, is secured to a loop 3 on a wristlet watch 2 or the like, or to a fastener for the wristlet, by a metal plate 4 adapted to be passed into the wristlet. This plate is provided with prongs, some of which, 7. are passed through the material of the wristlet to retain the plate in position, and the others, 5, are adapted to pierce the free end of the wristlet 1 after it has been passed through the loop of the watch or the fastener, to secure it.
