Rudders.-The modification of the rudder according to the parent Specification is provided wherein the stem post in front of the rudder is rounded off at the front and the rudder itself is made of cut water or stream line shape with the pivotal axis of rotation extending centrally through the rudder; the rudder itself may be formed non- symmetric in its cross section. The shaping of the rudder post may be effected by a provision of an external shaped casing, Fig. 2. The rear edge of the rudder may be constituted by a plate secured to the stream line main portion, Fig. 4. Specification 293,669 is referred to.
