Screw propellers. - A screw propeller in which the blades 2, Fig. 2, are formed with the tip in advance of the root, are dished as at 7, Fig. 3, to prevent outward flow of water, and the sections have a straight line form 8, Fig. 5, on the inner face, and convex as at 9 on the outer face.
