[Class 110 (iii)] The inner ends of wind-wheel vanes 12 fit between lugs 16, 17, 18 on brackets 14 secured to the inner rim 10. The outer support 11 passes through openings 21 and carries similar brackets with lugs and turned-over tips 20a.
