Producers.-In the manufacture of carburetted water gas, during the run the gas leaving the generator a through valves f or i is divided into two streams, one of which passes through valve g to the carburetter b, superheater c and waste heat boiler d to the holder, the, other passing through valve e direct to the boiler d and holder. In a modification the, boiler d is omitted. Specification 240,665 is referred to.
