Binding-posts.-The terminals for an electric boiler have covers fitted below the ends of the projecting portions to prevent the passage of steam to the actual connection. Steam passing up around the bolt C escapes by way of a perforated spacing-washer D to the interior of the bell-shaped cover F, which forms part of a casing G enclosing the leads L to the supply connections K, and is preferably of insulating-material.
