Gas cooking-stoves; draught, regulating.-In a gas cooking-oven of the kind in which both the burner and the outlet passage j is formed below the outlet arc at or near the bottom, a removable false bottom e, which is in part supported by an obliquely arranged partition i forming one side of the passage j. The gases pass through an opening m to the passage j, and thence, in the construction shown, to a vertical flue k in the back of the oven leading to the outlet; the pasage k may however be dispensed with, the gases venting through an opening in the bottom or one side of the oven. The oven may be also provided with a thermostatically-controlled top outlet passage p, as described in Specification 311,962.
