Abstract
314,160. Telegraph Condenser Co., Ltd., and Cole, W. J. April 18, 1928. Electrolytic condensers. - An electroly tic condenser having absorbent fibrous separator sheets impregnated with electrolyte is made in roll form. The preferred construction employs aluminium plates with an ammonium borate solution electrolyte. A viscous electrolyte containing dextrine, gelatine, agar-agar, sugar, gum arabic or glycerine may be used and the fibrous sheets can be impregnated in a vacuum after assembly or smeared with electrolyte before assembly, according to the consistency of the electrolyte employed.
