Abstract

311,407. Goldschmidt Akt.-Ges., T. May 12, 1928, [Convention date]. Drying oils.-Oils for painting purposes are treated with basic lead compounds such as litharge, red lead, white lead &c. in quantities of over 2 per cent of the oil. The coating of an iron sheet with linseed oil containing 8.2 per cent of lead is specified. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 8095/95, 7128/97 and 11917/15, [all in Class 95, Paints &c.].
