Abstract
310,554. Kreill, H. Jan. 25, 1928. Compound sheet material.-Wood articles are provided with a glass coating which is fused into intimate contact with the surface to be protected. The glass may be sprayed into position by means of an electrically-driven spray. The articles may be previously soaked in water glass mixed with asbestos. A telegraph pole may be provided at its base with a glass casing which is fused into intimate contact with the pole. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 25360A/96, [Class 82, Metals and alloys], 11372/09, [Class 20 (iv), Floors &c.], 28001/12, [Class 82 (ii), Washing granular &c.], 179,216. [Class 87 (i), Bricks &c.]. and 281.885, [Class 56, Glass].
