The member may be made in two relatively rotatable parts a, b, the part a carrying wiper springs d that engage the upper surface of the pin contacts c when the two parts are connected together by a central screw and placed in a certain relative position. When the part a is turned the circuit is broken, the springs d then engaging the surface of the insulating material.
