Trouser stretchers; coat hangers.-In a combined trouser and coat hanger of the kind' consisting of a yoke and a stretching frame comprising a bar around which the trousers are folded and a clamp in which their ends are gripped, the clamp comprises a bar 4 fixed to the uprights 1 of the frame and a movable bar 10. These bars, which are both grooved at their outer ends, are pressed together by levers 8, 8<a> pivoted to flexible members 6 which slide in guides 5 on the bar 4 to an extent limited by lugs 7. The uprights 1 are hinged at 2 for packing and are held extended by latches 3. The upper ends of the uprights are slotted to receive the reduced ends 11<a> of the yoke 11. The folding-bar 14 has trunnions 13 slidable in the slots in the uprights, and is normally pulled towards the yoke by a pair of springs (not shown). It may be held in its lowest position, for folding the trousers, by spring-pressed latches 16 formed with apertures to engage the trunnions 13. When in folded position for packing, the clamp and yoke are held together by the suspending hook 18.
