293,598. Armstrong, J. J. V., (Union Special Machine Co.). Sept. 6, 1927. Addition to 291,993. Presser-feet.-In a presserfoot according to the parent Specification in which fingers are provided to engage enchained loops, the fingers 21, 22 are bent upwards through openings in the pivoted foot 5 so that lips on the turnedup ends co-operate with the upper face of the foot in order to limit the downward movements of the fingers. The fingers are formed of a spring blade 17 split along the line 20, and secured to the heel of the presser-foot by a screw 18.
