293,581. Hannach, O. Aug. 4, 1927. Cooling mixtures.- A mixture of ammonium chloride, sodium carbonate and an excess of water is employed as a cooling medium. The proportions may be two parts by weight of ammounium chloride, three parts of sodium carbonate and six parts of water, and the salts are added independently and simultaneously to the water.
